Did you choose the right modem... the procedure for "LanCity" modems is
different and more complicated.

The directions given by Rogers at their website for changing to the new
e-mail rogers.com for Outlook Express did not work initially. It worked
when I entered "mail" instead of SMTP in the Sending mail STMTP server box
of the options page of the Outlook Express account. I informed Rogers of
this, but did not get a reply.
Anyone else have this experience?
