Something may be interfering with contextual menus on her system. Look in
"/Library/Contextual Menu Items" and "~/Library/Contextual Menu Items" to see
if there are any files in there. remove the files to the desktop , logout, and
see if control-clicking works again. The ~ refers to your user folder located
in /Users/your user folder/...
