[muglo] communication device

For those who are waiting for a problem to be raised:

When I attempt to connect to the internet, I get a message reading 
"cannot open the communication device".  This happens repeatedly unless 
I reboot - then I can connect seamlessly.

There was no precipitating event that I can think of. Two days ago, I 
faxed from Word and when the message read "finished sending fax 
document", the document remained listed and the line remained engaged 
(little red light on my phone). This went on for 2-3 minutes but has 
not happened before.  Even after closing the Internal Modem 3.0 
[application/manage the printer's jobs], the light stayed on. So . . . 
not sure if one caused the other or if they both point to the same 
problem. My problem connecting to the internet surfaced after this.

This morning, I tried this. I went into Internal Modem and the document 
was still sitting there. I re-faxed it and got the same message reading 
"finished sending fax" but the document did not disappear and the line 
remained engaged [again].  I deleted the document and closed the window 
for Internal Modem.
