Without more info it's impossible to say. Type of keyboard, Computer
model, Mac O/S, how keyboard is connected are all important clues. As
I suspect it's a new computer, then it could be a USB or Bluetooth
connected keyboard. It could also be a faulty "N" key. Does it work
okay in word processing both upper case & lower?
