What kind of computer do you have? Does it have a CD burner?

If it does have a CD burner, you should have been presented with a
dialogue asking you what to do with the blank CD.

If you aren't sure whether you have a CD burner in your computer, open
up the Apple System Profiler application and check to see whether
anything is listed under "Disc Burning" (OS X - Apple menu - About
this Mac... - More Info).
