when using iTunes to burn an audio book to CD, you need to put the  
audio book into its own playlist (File => New Playlist from  
Selection) first. When this happens, the new playlist is highlighted,  
allowing you to change the name of the playlist AND a "Burn Disc"  
button appears at the bottom of the iTunes window.
