[muglo] attachments

I'm curious about something . . .

When I receive .gif attachments with pics that move, it works but when 
I send it on to my kids, it doesn't work. Any ideas why?

I tried forwarding the email in various ways, deleting all other stuff, 
not deleting stuff, copy and paste into new email, even to myself and 
it still doesn't work. The image shows up but it doesn't move.

Any ideas?
