[muglo] Wrapping text to window in AppleMail

I can't find under Mail or System Preferences where I can preset my  
email text to be restricted to the window width.
Surely this is possible ?  It shouldn't be neccessary to always have  
to use the horizontal scroll to see the complete text ?

Anybody know how ?
