I don't trust Onyx and MacJanitor any further than I can throw them
(pardon the grammatical inconsistency), which isn't very far since
they're not physical objects ;-).

Repair permissions would possibly do it (try my chmod go+rx
suggestion), and a reinstall of OS X will certainly do it!

One thing you could possible do is type the following at the command
line and send the output:
ls -dl /Users
ls -dl /Users/*
ls -dl /Users/*/Sites

This will tell me the permissions on your directories.

(mangle the account names if you'd rather keep them private)
