[muglo] Web page

I quite see the purpose of putting the big green swash at the bottom
right of the MUGLO web page, to balance the one at the top left, but
could we change the type over it to something other than "Join MUGLO"?
It looks as if it's a link to a sign-up page, but it isn't. It isn't
anything. And it's far more prominent than the real "Join" link at the
top of the page. I've just been talking to someone who I directed to
the page and who reported that the "Join" link doesn't work. She'd been
clicking on the swash. Who knows how many other people have tried the
same thing and given up?
The text down there could say anything from "Macs are better" to "See
'Join' above." Or better yet, could it be made a real link, as it
appears to be?
