As a non profit organization why not avoid additional 15% costs & FYI
quite a few members are non Canadians & most others welcome not paying
taxes

As usual you are not paying attention. I informed all of the problems I
had with CIRA in that I changed my ISP & email address. As I was the
Regsitrant any confirmation is sent to the address on file; seems noone
at CIRA has heard of Canada Post! To change the address I have to pay a
fee, fill out a convoluted form, get it notorized and wait many days
for confirmation. I sent this info to my own Canadian Registrar & heard
nought. When I contacted them they said the form was the wrong one!!
LWeb has the same process. I was not changing my "Registrar", never
said I was, I was changing the "Contact Address". I hope you get it
this time!
