Given that most MUGLO members are Canadian _citizens_ (or residents),
it seems a tad disappointing that consideration would be given to
AVOID paying taxes by sending fees south of the border.

For future reference, there is _no_ charge associated with switching
registrars. A registrar cannot prevent you or _charge_ you for
switching to another registrar. I would also be surprised if London
Webs would be charging you simply to change an admin e-mail address.

Anyway, I guess the deed is done, but for future reference, there are optio=
ns.
