Thanks I just tried the same and the Apple site is suggesting a 867Mhz
processor=20
Would my lack of 67Mhz make that much of a difference

According to a forum post on Amazon=2Ecom, the minimum requirements for =20=

the developer's seed of the upcoming Leopard release of OS X lists =20
the following:
an Intel processor or a PowerPC G4 or G5 processor
a DVD drive
built-in FireWire
at least 256 MB of RAM for a PowerPC based Mac, and 512 MB for an =20
Intel-based Mac
a built-in display or a display connected to an Apple-supplied video =20
card supported by your computer [The Installer may not support your =20
video card=2E]
at least 6 GB of disk space available, or 8 GB if you install the =20
developer tools

Above is what I found by simply typing "Mac O/S 10=2E5 Requirements", =20
therefore it should work=2E
