[muglo] UnSympatico! Buyer beware!

Some further advice to all you long suffering not-so-Sympatico users ( 
I don't know of a more inappropriate corporate name !!).

I too have suffered the similar arrows of outrageous fortune at the 
hands of Bell - see some of my postings here a long time ago. Back 
before then I made the grave error of being seduced by their Year 
Contract committment to save myself $60 - there not being much other 
HSDL alternative than Rogers at the time - who are even greater rogues 
with their preemptive billing etc

Like many of you, I would like to quit Bell - but find I'd now have to 
pay a $100 penalty to do this ( Versus the measly $60 I am saving) if I 
wanted to sign up with some of the other HSDL providers now available.

Talk about racket! Buyer beware ?  Read the small print!  And stay 
clear  of Bell Sympatico

May the impending strike bring all their chickens home to roost !

And if the prestrike "customer service" is so bad 
...................good luck in the coming days !
