Hi,
    I agree with Alex, it is well known that La Cie Burners do not like less 
than
O/S 9.1 & that USB Burners per se are a pita.

    Mine's a La Cie, but a SCSI & it works with O/S 8.6, but prefers 9.1; it
crashes after burning in 8.6 when checking the disk, but I can read the disks
fine. HTH.
