As much as I am the perfect, infallible person...

I don't use Mail so I can't experiment with that.

What I might suggest is that someone who has had problems with having =20
added to e-mails they have SENT in the past.

However, what I will try is to send a "rich" (HTML) format e-mail to the
mailing list and see if I can force some =20 to come through. Maybe if I
type in long sentences with inserting my own carriage returns.

Or, maybed I need short sentences.

With.

A carriage

return

or two

between sentences.

Now for some bold, italics and another font and size and see what that does.
