[muglo] Re: Thanks for the browser tips!

A touch on the old side :). Safari's gone through two major iterations,
Camino through three and FireFox has appeared on the scence (& you can
essentially ignore Mozilla and Netscape since those two browsers are as good
as dead with the appearance of FireFox).

The best thing to do is download them all and see which ones YOU like.
Depending on your habits, you'll find that you gravitate towards using one
or two of them.

On the Mac I use Safari 88% of the time, Camino 10% and the others (Mozilla,
iCab, FireFox) fight it out for the remaining 2%.

On the Linux box it's FireFox 99% of the time and Mozilla 1% of the time
(and only then because I accidentally open it or explicitly want to
experiment with it). On YDL Mozilla is _definitely_ the inferior browser
now!

I used to use IE 5.2 quite regularly on OS X (10.1 & early 10.2). Now it
only gets opened if I have a site that refuses to open in something else
(and those are far and few between nowadays). The lack of tabs makes the
browser virtually unusable!

Eric.
