An excellent thought Chris and Terry, and it is echoed by Andy Skuse  
in a private post to me below. I'm forwarding Andy's experience to let  
others know Tee even a bit more than many of us may not have seen in  
our day to day exchanges or even in occasional meetings. With Andy's  
blessings, here it is.
