[muglo] Target disk mode discussion

Recent discussions about installing OS's using target disk mode on  
another mac have been somewhat condemned recently, but I thank Eric  
for putting it top-of-mind for me recently

It was pretty much the process which has restored my mac to me.

No one, no one is here. We stand in the Atlantic. We become panoramic.
