Hi Doug,
I have 2 of them and it's a breeze. Extract the removable drives at each
side of the bottom, then feel inside the top at the edge of the keyboard
and you'll find two clips that slide down away from the keyboard.
Carefully lift the bottom of the keyboard and slide it downwards. As
soon as it's free of the upper edge, simply turn it over, top to bottom.
Thus is revealed the shiny metal plate that covers the CPU, which also
contains the memory. You will need a small Phillips screwdriver to
remove a screw at the right hand side of the bottom centre, next to the
metal handle, and the screw just left of centre on the plate. Carefully
lift the small handle and the plate comes off to reveal the real
workings. HTH. If not let me know & I'll do it 4 U.
BTW, What seems to be the problem, is it because it wont boot up?
TTFN,
TeeC
