[muglo] Re: Strange behaviour - home and end key don't work in OS X 10.4.4 in Safari/FireFox/TextEdit/others

Well, it's certainly something that's _not_ related to my keyboard or
hardware!!! <fffffew> but to my configuration(s).

The PowerBook has the exact same behaviour with its own home and end
keys. It seems Apple's latest upgrade has broken this on both my
systems.

I should've paid attention to Macintouch!!! It's been a while since
Apple released an upgrade that actually caused more problems than it
solved and it did seem like some people were writing in about 10.4.4
and Safari (which has been causing me problems now... strange
scrolling behaviour and highlighting is a problem).

That said, the newly created problems are fortunately cosmetic. Apple
hasn't delivered an upgrade in well over a year that was implicated in
actually causing real problems for me (i.e. generating a kernel panic
;-).

Eric.
