[muglo] Re: Start up problem with G4 tower

Sorry, Tee:  I should have got back to the list to let you all know 
that Scott Strawbridge's suggestion regarding zapping the PRAM and 
also my running Disk First Aid and Disk Warrior did end up solving 
the problem.  As mentioned on July 3, it did seem sluggish initially, 
but eventually things got back to normal.

The previous few days before the problem occurred, I had been 
deleting files on some thumb drives so I could reuse them.  Perhaps 
that's what caused the problem.

I have made note of Martin Albinger's other suggestion regarding 
holding down the command S key combination at restart.

I will keep your suggestion in mind regarding Terry Steeper, but at 
this point it looks like it was a software problem.

Sorry to hear about your foot problem.  Hope you are all better now.
