[muglo] Skins for explorer

Hello,
Can someone help me figure out how to eliminate the ³skins² my explorer has?
I vaguely remember downloading some skins for the toolbars.  The one we
settled on is juvenile and nor for my tastes.  My son was using explorer at
that time.
