[muglo] Shutdown

Hi All,
I have been having a long shutdown on my Mac mini (ie - over 15 minutes)
this past week.
It wasn't doing it before (picked it up at Best Buy when they were clearing
them out for the Intel systems) but noticed it after I set the machine up
for myself.
All the programs, menu, dock, icons quit, just left with the desktop picture
but no spinning grey wheel.
To shut it down I hold the power button for 5 seconds to force it to
shutdown.
Ran the software update and OnyX.
Any ideas?
