I think that's it - something that was installed after.
The reason being that it shutdown fine after getting it and doing updates,
etc.
I then noticed it when I added other software.
One thing I can think of is a 'Speed Tools' CD that came with a external
hard disc I purchased. I installed the software it but have never used it.
That may be the problem - seems to be at the 'root' level like Norton does
(it should up in the Activity Viewer).
I'll think I'll try to uninstall it first before doing a fresh install.
