[muglo] Safari Flash

Having switched recently to Safari I find some web sites do not work 
properly as they do with Firefox.  I have been told that this is 
because Safari needs Flash - where does one get this?  Also some times 
I get a java error message - perhaps these are connected?  Any one have 
a solution to this problem?
