Last time I talked to my salesperson at Execulink Bidness (we use their
3 meg static TCP/IP for our primary connection, symcraptico business for
our backup), they allowed users to own their own modems. We ellected to
stay with renting as the modems were over $200 at the time and I wasn't
sure if we would still have ADSL in 2 years time.
