[muglo] Reluctant URL

Hi everyone:

Using IE 5.1  (But also tried the new icab)  Up to now, I've had no problems
such as the following:

A friend suggested that I look at the following address

http://www.cadets.ca/support/40_e.asp

When I try, I get the dreaded "twirling ball" thingy forever!

Upstairs, on #1 sons' (ugh) PC, i get instant respect and also the web-page?

Anyone care to comment?
