Thank you.

Do I need to be ³on-line² or ³off-line² to receive faxes on my computer?

I have dial-up only so the digital and voice signal do not ride on the same
line. I have two phone lines for internet purposes. In other words, 100% of
my waking hours, while at home, the second line is engaged for internet
access.
