[muglo] Re: Receiving faxes via computer

Quick & dirty way to find the fax settings (OS X 10.4):

1. press command-space
2. type 'receive faxes'
3. select Print & Fax (probably the only hit)
4. select the Fax tab if not selected
5. turn on 'Receive faxes on this computer'
6. set receiving preferences, making sure that your fax answers before
your answering machine kicks in (unless you don't want to receive
faxes, in which case I'd question why you're turning on your fax ;-)
7. connect your computer's modem port to the phone line

If you're not on 10.4, replace 1 & 2 with
- open System Preferences...
