[muglo] Re Request for Help!!

Hi Everyone,
As Tee mentioned it boils down that I need a new “OCR” programme.
I went back to point of purchase this AM had had a good healthy
dialogue with them and they said that they would resolve issue within  
24 hrs.
As after discussing this with Tee, I felt onus should  lie with them  
as they said
the machine was backward compatible and it was not. I will advise ASAP
and thanks for all the help so far.
