[muglo] Problems with G3

I'm having problems with my machine. It keeps wanting to type 46 
all the time. My icons are flashing on the desktop and desktop 
printers are x'ed out. I have Tech Tools Pro v 2.5.4 I've rebuilt 
the desktop, scrapped prefeernce files. Short of a clean install 
anyone have suggestions?
