I don't quite understand your statement.

What do you mean with "I can mount my website through the networking
window and get files from my ISP"? (I don't know what you mean with
networking window).

Do you mean you can use the Finder to connect to your ISP's ftp server
where your web site files are stored? (I'm guessing that's the case
;-)

If you can log-in to download the files, you should also be able to
upload. Are you using a password when you connect to your ISP's ftp
server (through command-K in the Finder)?
