[muglo] Printing in X

Aaaargh. I can't print worth a damn from OS X proper. It seems like Apple
ditched the "manual print" option from all its print dialogues (at least as
far as I can tell).

I'm trying to print to an HP 1200n via ethernet and nowhere in the OS X
print dialogues does the option to manual feed exist. I *know* it is
possible to force this printer into manual feed since I've done it using the
LaserWriter 8 printer driver in OS 9.

Does anyone have any experience getting OS X to not be environmentally
destructive?
