Yesterday, when I tried printing documents urgently just before leaving for an event (documents that I needed for that event), a printer error surfaced and it is still not resolved. I have never encountered this one. The printer worked fine before that. The printer is paused and, when I click on Resume Printer, I get the following dialogue box up: Type the name and password of a user in the ³lpadmin² group to allow HP Colot LaserJet CM1312nfi MFP (255FA7).app to make changes. The problem with this is, I have never set this and have never needed it. I have no idea of what is needed. So how do I get around it now? I have rebooted the computer twice and have turned the printer on and off twice leaving it off for a bit before turning it back on. Thanks, Theresa
