[muglo] Printer Problem

I have an Epson Color 600 printer which hasn't been used for a while.  Now
when I tried it, I could not get any black printing with the test - colour
was ok.  I put in a new cartridge which made no difference.  I guess
something is clogged?  Can anything be done to clear it?
