I found this but the Alignment prog didn't seem to work!!! Came up with
a list of columns A to F and asked to select the flawed ones but no way
of selecting!! I opened up to see if any wires had come loose in the
move but found none!! So I give up - probably have to buy a new one -
maybe another S300 as I have a couple of new colour cartridges!! -
fortunately prices are not too bad these days - perhaps a sale will
come on some time as I don't think it can be a software problem.
At least I can still print in black.
