It is a Cannon S300. I used the Cannon Printer Utility using their
Test Page and Head Cleaning facility. I also tried a new cartridge
with same result. I tried pushing the USB connectors in case they were
loose but imagine if there was anything wrong there then the Black
would not have printed either!!
