[muglo] Printer Presets

Since we're all discussing printers..............................

Any one know how to set the presets to remain B & W as a default?
This is for an Epsom Stylus 760 colour printer.  It always comes up 
with the preset at colour - and requires a manual switch everytime,
Any way I can change this ?

Nothing in preferences - and there's no Help menu !
