Wow, you got lucky. Bell actually provided you with service (I could believe 
the short explanation... some phone lines are pretty "dirty").

As for it having everything to do with Bell -- doesn't sound like their 
servers or anything like that. Sounds like your computer simply didn't 
connect to the web to send the messages (of course, I haven't paid attention 
to your trials and tribulations so I could be guessing wrong)?

Aren't they supposed to disconnect a line once service is terminated? Then, 
once Bell is fully disconnected, isp.ca can be hooked up. Even though 
bashing Bell is my favourite occuption, no company exists to give 
instantaneous service... it simply costs too much.
