But, you can actually visit their operation at Wharncliffe & Oxford & 
as Martin says you actually speak to a real life person when you phone.

There are many choices. Execulink have bought out most of the better 
ones. Ody.ca are another local that allow you to use your own Modem, as 
do Execulink, but rental is free from Ody. HTH.
