You may want to check out possible bug-fixes available for your version of Avid Cinema (if it's 1996 there must have been a few bug fixes at the very least). As for trouble-shooting... without knowing what the disk problem error says and to what device (CD-error, HD error, etc) it refers our hands are pretty much tied. Also, what computer are you running? A 2.4 GB drive is *awfully* large for 1996. I suspect there may be issues on your HD that could only be solved by partioning the drive to have one partition that is under 2 GB in size. >From: Bob McDaniel <mcdaniel@xxxxxx> >Reply-To: muglo@xxxxxxxxxxxxx >To: muglo@xxxxxxxxxxxxx >Subject: [muglo] Performa 6400 Avid Cinema >Date: Fri, 25 Jul 2003 21:12:53 -0400 > >Hi >Today I tried to re-install the Avid Cinema software from the CD-ROM >that came with my computer when I bought it in 1996.
