[muglo] Panther

Anyone have a Mac O/S 10.3 (Panther) for sale?
Also I have a mate who just bought a used 1 Ghz G4 laptop but when I 
tried to install Tiger (10.4) it said it couldn't be installed!??!! I 
then noticed that the Panther only had a Library Folder in the System 
Folder.  Disk Utility did a lot of Permission repairs which changed 
nothing.
I then tried to reset the HD, but all the options were greyed out. Any 
ideas?
