Gee, uhm... has this c100 ever synced with a computer before? You
might be able to track down a copy of Palm Desktop and see if it works
to get the info of of the Palm. Just a huge guess there. Palm Desktop
likely won't run on OS X, though something called Missing Sync will do
that job. Not free though.
Once it's on the Mac it can probably be massaged onto the Touch. You
would have to get the info into iCal and Address Book for it to
consequently sync to the Touch. There may be some third party
utilities to do that.
