[muglo] Re: Page Numbering

Page numbering is an option provided by the application. If it supports it, 
you can have page numbers, if it doesn't, you're SOL.

In Mail, your options are to print to PDF and add numbers in Adobe Acrobat 
Reader, or to save the e-mail as RTF and open in a RTF-compatible word 
processor that has page numbering options (e.g. Microsoft Word, AppleWorks).
