[muglo] PS Elements

I have just acquired a copy of PhotoShop Elements 4.0 which I find to 
be similar to my older PhotoStudio only improved.

However I cannot find any way of changing the size of an image which I 
could do easily in PhotoStudio?  There is an image resize under Image 
but this does not seem to alter the image size only the document size?

Can anyone help me in this matter?  Perhaps I am missing something 
somewhere!

On another point with regard to the Magic Extractor, I gather this only 
works where there is a well defined difference between foreground and 
background although their example shown this was not so obvious?

Any help would be appreciated
