Susan I'm not sure about the site you mentioned, but I recently
downloaded the program without any difficulty from
http://www.pgpi.org/
This url will take u to a place where you can select amongst various
versions. It seems Norway was the likeliest spot for me download
from. I'm on cable and it went fast - 45k/sec. Should you not have an
FTP program you can choose the http/ sites and download with a click.
