So the question is does Norm buy Acrobat Pro or get an another OCR  
program Nuance, ReadIris etc..).  In the end it appears that some  
money will have to be spent.  Or perhaps the client service  
representatives at our local Mac outlets will be able to assist as  
they sold the stuff to him.
