Hello Karl,
If I understand your request correctly you are looking for a DVD
player that can play PAL formatted DVDs.
My guess is that if it plays on your computer it will play on a PAL
DVD machine.
But PAL region free machines are hard to come by around here. I have
sent an email to some possible sources and will let you know if
anything turns up.
Unless you have a reason to suspect there is something wrong with the
disk and it plays on your computer then I agree with Joe McManus that
it is reasonably safe to assume it can be read by a PAL machine.
