Google uninstall Windows XP and you will get lots of sites.

I have an unused version of Windows 2000 with codes from my young
daughter's old computer (broken/gone).  My adult daughter's old
computer crashed and she can't get the disks to reinstall Windows XP
(divorce). I'd like to give her my disk but don't know how to clear
Windows XP off her computer (messed up and won't work) so I can install
Windows 2000 on it. How do I delete the existing Windows XP and install
Windows 200 on it?

HELP!?!
